Globo de Oro: los nominados y la presencia argentina

El 28 de febrero, y en el hotel The Beverly Hilton de California, se realizará la edición 78 de los Golden Globes. Debido a la pandemia del coronavirus, la ceremonia -que posee 25 categorías- se llevará a cabo casi dos meses más tarde de lo normal.

En lo referido al cine, Mank sobresale con seis nominaciones, en tanto que en TV sobresale Schitt´s Creek, con cinco. Además, por primera vez en la historia, la categoría de mejor director contará con la presencia de tres mujeres.

También se destaca la nominación de Helena Zengel, intérprete de 12 años, en la categoría de Mejor Actriz de Reparto, así como la nominación histórica para Guatemala y Centroamérica gracias a la película La Llorona. Además, este es el año de la argentino-británica Anya Taylor-Joy, quien está nominada como Mejor Actriz tanto en cine (Emma) como series (The Queen's Gambit).

Vale resaltar la renovada lucha de las plataformas de streaming con la entrada de Disney+ y HBO Max, que compiten con The Mandalorian y The Flight Attendant, respectivamente.
